This Mini Course is designed to be a 35 minute crash course in the 2-way system of reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.  Anyone who has a postpartum disorder, PTSD, complex trauma (including childhood trauma) or any other coexisting mental health disorders can benefit from this course.  This mini course is the perfect jump start to receiving therapy services, or an effective placeholder for those who cannot commit to therapy at the moment.

This Mini Course is designed to be a quick 20-minute crash course to spotlight the root cause of childhood meltdowns and how that can be triggering to their adult caregivers.  This mini course will teach the tools needed to keep your cool and tune into your children.  Included: Free printables to use with your children and the other adults in your home!

🎉 Join Us for a Day of Community, Fun, and Connection! 🎉

Over the past 8 weeks, Hive Mind Therapy has been working hard to raise funds and collect donations to curate 400 therapeutic comfort boxes for children impacted by the recent hurricane. Thanks to our incredible community partners, we’ve also gathered over 1,000 additional giveaways to bring joy and support to these families.

To further our mission, we’ve organized a community event to bring families together, foster connection, and provide essential resources!

We invite families, vendors, and volunteers to join us for a day filled with giving back, holiday cheer, and connection. Here’s what you can expect:

For Vendors:
We offered free vendor space to our community and we’re excited to support 35 local small businesses, organizations, and artists who will be showcasing their products and services at the event. This is our way of honoring and uplifting our amazing community during this challenging time.
